A voltage generator circuit (20) for generating a voltage is provided. A voltage application circuit (30) which is composed of electrodes (11, 12) for generating, on receiving the voltage generated by the voltage generator circuit (20), an instantaneous high electric field at a predetermined portion where a biological tissue or a cell is targeted and has a high impedance to excite a free resonance circuit including the target is provided. The relative positions of the target and the electrodes (11, 12) are variable.
L'invention concerne un circuit générateur de tension (20) permettant de générer une tension, un circuit d'application de tension (30) qui est composé d'électrodes (11, 12) permettant de générer, lors de la réception de la tension générée par le circuit générateur de tension (20), un champ électrique élevé instantané au niveau d'une partie prédéterminée où un tissu et une cellule biologique sont ciblés, et présente une impédance afin d'exciter un circuit à résonance libre comprenant la cible. Les positions relatives de la cible et des électrodes (11, 12) sont variables.
