POULTRY LEG DEBONER Abstract: The poultry leg deboner tool separates the flesh from the bone of poultry legs with thigh attached. In this invention, the handle is secured to the appropriate hollow cylinder such that the diameter of the cylinder can surround the joint of the poultry leg.
