The invention discloses a device for the opening and reclosing of containers, more particularly flat gable composite packagings, having: a pouring aperture; a pouring nozzle formed thereon; and a basic element (1), having a flange enclosing the pouring aperture, for the attachment of the device to the surface of the container; a cover (2) hinged to the basic element (1); and an opening element (3) connected to the cover (2), the opening element (3) being so disposed to move in a guide in the cover (2) that during the opening operation the subjacent container material is pierced through the pouring aperture in the basic element (1) by the opening element (3), the clean opening and reclosing of the device being ensured and the beverage packaging provided with the reclosed device being rendered highly sealing-tight by the features that the opening (3) is constructed in two parts, mainly a pressure plate (3A, 3A') and a piercing ring (3B, 3B'), and after opening, the piercing ring (3B, 3B') remains in the basic element (1).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour ouvrir et refermer des récipients, notamment des emballages composites à dessus plat. Ce dispositif comporte un élément de base (1) possédant une ouverture de versement, un bec verseur moulé d'une pièce et un rebord entourant l'ouverture, cet élément de base permettant la fixation du dispositif sur la surface du récipient. Le dispositif comprend également un couvercle (2) articulé sur l'élément de base (1) et un élément d'ouverture (3) fixé au couvercle (2), cet élément d'ouverture (3) étant monté pour se déplacer dans un guidage ménagé dans le couvercle (2), de telle manière que, lorsque le récipient est ouvert, le matériau de ce dernier situé sous l'élément de base (1) est percé par l'élément d'ouverture (3) à travers l'orifice ménagé dans l'élément de base (1). Ce dispositif garantit que le récipient peut être ouvert et refermé proprement et que des boîtes-boisson en carton équipées de ce dispositif peuvent être rescellées hermétiquement. L'élément d'ouverture (3) est conçu en deux parties comprenant une plaque de poussée (3A, 3A') et un anneau de perçage (3B, 3B'), ce dernier demeurant à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (1) lorsque le récipient est ouvert.
