In order to provide a toy that increases the commercial value of the toy, imparts fresh wonderment and intellectual excitement to the user, and employs a simple structure with a suppressed number of parts, thus making it possible to reduce manufacturing costs and the number of manufacturing processes, the toy (1) comprises: an external component (2), provided with a hole (10) on the lower portion thereof, that maintains a substantially spherical shape and is provided with a housing space formed on the interior thereof; a lower component (3) disposed such that it can move between the inside and the outside of the housing space through the hole (10), and is disposed such that, when inside the housing space, the lower surface thereof aligns with the surface of the external component (2) and the toy (1) forms a substantially spherical shape; a locking means; a magnetic body disposed inside the lower component (3); and an elastic component. When no magnetic force acts between an external magnetic component and the magnetic body, the elastic force of the elastic component is resisted and the lower component (3) is retained inside the housing space by means of the locking means, by means of which the substantially spherical shape is maintained. When a magnetic force has acted between an external magnetic components and the magnetic body, the locking means is released and the lower component (3) rushes out from the hole (10).
L'invention concerne un jouet présentant une valeur commerciale améliorée et procurant à l'utilisateur un sentiment de surprise et une stimulation intellectuelle. Ce jouet comprend un nombre de pièces réduit du fait de sa structure simple, ce qui permet de réduire son coût de fabrication et le nombre d'étapes de sa fabrication. Le jouet selon l'invention (1) comprend : un élément externe (2) comportant un trou (10) dans sa partie inférieure et formant en son intérieur un espace logement tout en conservant une forme sensiblement sphérique ; un élément inférieur (3) disposé mobile à travers le trou (10) entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de l'espace logement et placé, lorsqu'il se trouve contenu dans l'espace logement, de sorte que sa face inférieure s'apparie à la face extérieur de l'élément externe (2) pour constituer une forme sensiblement sphérique ; un moyen de retenue ; un élément magnétique disposé dans l'élément inférieur (3) ; ainsi qu'un élément élastique. Lorsqu'aucune force magnétique ne s'exerce entre un élément magnétique externe et l'élément magnétique, l'élément inférieur (3) est maintenu dans l'espace logement par le moyen de retenue contre la force élastique de l'élément élastique, de sorte à conserver la forme sensiblement sphérique. Lorsqu'une force magnétique s'exerce entre l'élément magnétique externe et l'élément magnétique, le moyen de retenue est relâché de sorte que l'élément inférieur (3) soit expulsé en dehors du trou (10).
