A nutritional composition is proposed, such as an infant formula composition or an enteral composition for children 3-17 years, that is especially targeted as patients having food allergies or impairments of intestinal absorption. The composition comprises structured lipids. The composition is based on free amino acids and contains a very low amount of peptides or proteins, if any. The composition comprises a source of carbohydrate and has a particular caloric density. The composition can comprise arachidonic acid (ARA) and/or docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The composition delivers specific nutritional benefits to the patients.
La présente invention concerne une composition nutritive, par exemple une composition formulée pour des nourrissons ou une composition entérique destinée aux enfants de 3 à 17 ans. Ladite composition nutritive cible plus particulièrement des patients présentant des allergies alimentaires ou une altération de l'absorption intestinale. Cette composition comprend des lipides structurés. Cette composition, à base d'acides aminés libres, ne contient qu'une très faible quantité de peptides ou de protéines, voire pas du tout. Cette composition comprend une source de glucides et présente une densité calorique spécifique. Cette composition peut comprendre de l'acide arachidonique (ARA) et/ou de l'acide docosahexaénoïque (DHA). Cette composition apporte des bienfaits nutritifs spécifiques aux patients.
