An intracardiac device (101) for restoring the functional elasticity of the cardiac structures, in particular for the treatment of cardiomyopathies and or valvulopathies, by storing energy from the cardiac structures and ceding energy to the cardiac structures during the cardiac cycle, has an elongated shape, is at least partially wound in coils (83) and is attachable to a cardiac structure; the coils (83) are selected in material, number and dimension so as to allow an elastic elongation of the intracardiac device (101) higher than 10% of the rest length of the intracardiac device (101) and are exposed, in use, to the blood flow.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif intracardiaque (101) destiné à restaurer l'élasticité fonctionnelle des structures cardiaques, en particulier pour le traitement de cardiomyopathie et/ou de cardiopathie valvulaire, par le stockage d'énergie provenant des structures cardiaques et la cession d'énergie aux structures cardiaques durant le cycle cardiaque, lequel dispositif intracardiaque, qui présente une forme allongée, est au moins partiellement enroulé en bobine (83) et peut être fixé à une structure cardiaque; les bobines (83) sont sélectionnées en matériau, nombre et dimensions de façon à permettre une élongation élastique du dispositif intracardiaque (101) supérieure à 10 % de la longueur restante du dispositif intracardiaque (101) et sont exposées, en utilisation, à la circulation sanguine.
