A towable agricultural im- plement, e.g. a direct drilling im- plement, having a mounting as- sembly at its forward end which is adapted to be mounted on a lift- ing mechanism (15, 21) at the rear of a tractor (20), a main frame (17) on which the assembly is mounted, a set of ground wheels for sup- porting the main frame (17) at a required level above the ground surface which is being traversed by the implement, and a set of soil working tools e.g. seed drills mounted on the frame (17) and arranged to work the soil at re- quired depths below the soil sur- face: in which the mounting assem- bly is arranged to transfer part of the weight of the tractor from the fixed upper link (21) of the tractor to the implement main frame (17) so that a downward biasing force is applied to the seed drills with a view to maintaining a substantially constant drilling depth despite undulation in the ground surface; and in which the mounting assembly comprises a rigid front frame (3) secured to the main frame (17) and adapted to be pivotally connected at its lower end to the lower draft links (15) and having an adjustable top link (2) interconnected its upper end (16) to the fixed upper link (21) whereby the ground wheels of the implement set the required working depth of the seed drills, and the link (2) is adjustable to vary the angle of the main frame (17) relative to the ground. Weight transfer from the tractor to the main frame (17) is achieved via a lever arm (1) connected to the fixed upper link (21), a toggle (9) mounted on pivot (28), an actuator rod (8) pivoted to the toggle (9) and a biasing means (6) which transfers the weight load applied to the rod (8) (when the toggle 9 is in the operative position) to an actuator arm (5) and thence to the main frame (17).
L'invention concerne un outil agricole remorquable tel qu'un outil pour semis en ligne directe présentant un ensemble de montage au niveau de son extrémité avant, lequel est adapté pour être monté sur un mécanisme de levage (15, 21) au niveau de l'arrière d'un tracteur (20), un bâti principal (17) sur lequel est monté l'ensemble, un ensemble de roues destiné à porter le bâti principal (17) à un niveau voulu au-dessus de la surface du sol, laquelle est traversée par l'outil, ainsi qu'un ensemble d'outils de travail de la terre, par exemple des semoirs montés sur le bâti (17) et agencés pour travailler la terre à des profondeurs voulues au dessous de la surface de celle-ci. Dans ledit outil, l'ensemble de montage est agencé pour transférer une partie du poids du tracteur de la liaison supérieure fixe (21) du tracteur vers le bâti principal (17) de l'outil, de manière qu'une force de sollicitation descendante est appliquée aux semoirs de manière à maintenir une profondeur de semis relativement constante malgré les ondulations de la surface du sol. Ledit ensemble de montage comprend également un bâti avant rigide (3) fixé sur le bâti principal (17) et adapté pour être relié pivotant, au niveau de son extrémité inférieure, aux liaisons de traction inférieures (15), et présentant une liaison supérieure réglable (2) reliant son extrémité supérieure (16) à la liaison supérieure fixe (21), de sorte que les roues de l'outil déterminent la profondeur de travail requise des semoirs, et la liaison (2) est réglable afin de faire varier l'angle du bâti principal (17) par rapport au sol. Le transfert de poids du tracteur au bâti principal (17) est obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'un bras de levier (1) relié à la liaison supérieure fixe (21), une genouillère (9) montée sur pivot (28), une barre d'actionnement (8) montée pivotante sur la genouillère (9) ainsi qu'un moyen de sollicitation (6) transférant la charge de poids appliquée sur la barre (8) (lorsque la genouillère (9) se trouve en position opérationnelle) sur un bras actuateur (5), et par conséquent, sur le bâti principal (17).
