A rotary flow control valve for controlling the cycles of a multicycle liquid treatment apparatus such as a water softener. A pair of rotatable, slotted, circular disks connected to rotate with each other are located in a pair of aligned interconnected cylin- drical housings. Rotation of the disks controls the flow of liquid through various paths in the valve. Clamps and clips are pro- vided securing together the parts of the assembled valve.
