The invention relates to a tube bundle heat exchanger for transferring heat for the temperature sensitive and/or polymerisible substances. Said heat exchanger comprises a housing (4) having one or more product outlets (8) and one or more product inlets (1) and a tube bundle is arranged in said housing. Displacer rods (7, 10, 12, 15) are arranged in the tubes of the tube bundle and at least one heat exchanger cap of the tube bundle heat exchanger is filled with displacer bodies (3) for reducing the volume filled with the product.
L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur à faisceau tubulaire destiné à réaliser un transfert de chaleur pour des substances sensibles à la température et/ou polymérisables. Cet échangeur de chaleur présente un boîtier (4) comportant une ou plusieurs sorties de produit (8) et une ou plusieurs entrées de produit (1), boîtier dans lequel est placé un faisceau de tubes. Des barres de déplacement (7, 10, 12, 15) sont disposées dans les tubes du faisceau. Au moins un capot de l'échangeur de chaleur à faisceau tubulaire est rempli de corps de déplacement (3) pour réduire le volume rempli de produit.
