The present invention is concerned with certain derivatives of Formula:(I), wherein R, R1 to R10 are as described in the specification, and at least one of CR5R6, or CR7R8, or CR9R10 is a an optionally substituted azetidine ring or an optionally substituted oxetan ring, which may be useful in the manufacture of pharmaceutical compositions for treating disorders mediated by lipoxygenases. They may also be useful in the manufacture of pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of lipoxygenase mediated disorders.

L'invention porte sur certains dérivés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R, R1 à R10 sont tels que décrits dans le descriptif, et au moins un élément parmi CR5R6, ou CR7R8, ou CR9R10 est un noyau d'azetidine à substitution facultative ou un noyau oxétan à substitution facultative. Ces dérivés sont utiles dans la fabrication de compositions pharmaceutiques afin de traiter des troubles à médiation de lipoxygenase.
