An apparatus for mounting two speakers to a flat panel display device is disclosed wherein the device, utilizing standardized mounting plates provided in such flat panel display devices, enables the mounting of two speakers while providing the ability to change speaker position in regards to six different position parameters. The apparatus may be utilized in conjunction with flat panel mounting devices, such as pedestal, wall or ceiling mounts, or utilized independently thereof. More specifically, the device further provides independent adjustment of the position of each speaker mounted thereby in regard to height, fore/aft and depth position, as well as rotation about an X, Y and Z axis. The device enables one to make changes in -regard to the position of a speaker-or other peripheral devices mounted thereon-- relative to one or more of the aforementioned movements without altering other aspects of speaker position, if desired.
L'invention concerne un appareil pour le montage de deux haut-parleurs sur un dispositif d'affichage à écran plan. Le dispositif, qui utilise des plaques de montage normalisées fournies dans ces dispositifs d'affichage à écran plat, permet le montage de deux haut-parleurs tout en offrant la capacité de changer la position des haut-parleurs vis-à-vis de six paramètres de positionnement différents. L'appareil peut être utilisé conjointement avec des dispositifs de montage d'écran plat, tels que des éléments de montage sur socle, au mur ou au plafond, ou être utilisé indépendamment de ceux-ci. Plus particulièrement, le dispositif permet en outre un ajustement indépendant de la position de chaque haut-parleur ainsi monté vis-à-vis de la position en hauteur, avant/arrière et en profondeur, ainsi que la rotation autour d'un axe X, Y et Z. Le dispositif permet de réaliser des changements concernant la position d'un haut-parleur ou d'autres dispositifs périphériques qui y sont montés, relativement à un ou plusieurs des mouvements mentionnés ci-dessus, sans altérer d'autres aspects de la position du haut-parleur, si tel est souhaité.
