A vehicle sun visor (10) having a lighted vanity mirror (18) and sliding door (20) is provided with a fixed lens (26) aligned with a lamp (24) at one end of the mirror and a lens (28) which moves with the door into alignment with the lamp at the other end of the mirror. An automatic brightening intensity circuit (36) is provided. Automatic motor drive (40) is also provided for the sliding door.
