The drilling tool (1) for widening a bore well carries a series of helical arms (3) which are supported at a first end by a first fixed flange (4) so that they revolve for part of a turn under the control of a rotary ring (9) which is driven by an opening mechanism (10) controlled by a pressure variation in the drilling fluid, while the other end of the arm (3) slides along a groove (21) formed in a second flange (5).
