The invention relates to a measuring device for verifying the cut quality of a sheet, in addition to a measuring method for verifying the cut quality of a sheet, which permit the quality of the cut to be reliably verified. To achieve this, the measuring device is equipped with a transparent scanning support (3) for receiving a sheet (4) and a stop (1) for the latter, a scanning unit (15) comprising a scanning window (14) and a cover (21) for covering the sheet (4) that is held by the scanning support (3). The scanning window (14) covers the sheet (4), extending beyond the latter to form border areas (10, 11, 12, 13). The cover (21) has different reflection characteristics in relation to the sheet (4) in order to generate a high-contrast scanned image of the sheet (4) and the border areas (10, 11, 12, 13) between the sheet (4) and the scanning window (14). According to said method, the sheet (4) is positioned on a transparent scanning support (3) with the aid of a stop (1), is covered by the cover (21) and scanned with a scanning unit (15), the latter (15) scanning in the vicinity of a scanning window (14), which covers both the sheet (4) and the border areas (10, 11, 12, 13) that surround the sheet (4). Differences in contrast between the sheet (4) and the border areas (10, 11, 12, 13) are then recorded.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de mesure pour le contrôle de la qualité de coupe d'une feuille, ainsi qu'un procédé de mesure correspondant, lesquels permettent de contrôler de façon fiable la qualité de coupe. A cet effet, l'appareil de mesure est pourvu d'un support de scannage (3) transparent, qui est destiné à recevoir une feuille (4) et présente, pour celle-ci, une butée (1), et un dispositif de scannage (15), qui présente une fenêtre de scannage (14) et un couvercle (21), ce dernier servant à recouvrir la feuille (4) placée sur le support de scannage (3). La fenêtre de scannage (14) s'étend sur une surface correspondant à celle de la feuille (4) et dépasse de celle-ci en formant des surfaces marginales (10, 11, 12, 13). Le couvercle (21) présente, par rapport à la feuille (4), des caractéristiques de réflexion différentes pour la génération d'une image scannée à contraste élevé de la feuille (4) et des surfaces marginales (10, 15 11, 12, 13), entre la feuille (4) et la fenêtre de scannage (14). Selon ledit procédé, la feuille (4) est positionnée sur un support de scannage (3) transparent, à l'aide d'une butée (1), puis elle est recouverte à l'aide d'un couvercle (21) et scannée à l'aide d'un dispositif de scannage (15). Ce dispositif de scannage (15) effectue son balayage dans la zone d'une fenêtre de scannage qui comprend tant la feuille (4) que les surfaces marginales (10, 11, 12, 13) qui l'entourent, et les différences de contraste entre la feuille (4) et les surfaces marginales (10, 11, 12, 13) sont capturées.
