The present invention relates to 3-guanidinocarbonyl-1-heteroaryl-pyrrole derivatives of the formula (I) in which R1 to R3 and Ar have the meanings stated in the claims. The inventive compounds are suitable for example as antiarrhythmic medicaments with a cardioprotective component for infarction prophylaxis and infarction treatment and for the treatment of angina pectoris. They also inhibit in a preventive manner the pathophysiological processes associated with the development of ischemia-induced damage, in particular in the triggering of ischemia-induced cardiac arryhthmias and of heart failure.
L'invention concerne des dérivés de 3-guanidinocarbonyl-1-hétéroaryl-pyrrole de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 à R3 et Ar représentent les significations données dans les revendications. Les composés de l'invention conviennent en tant que médicaments antiarythmiques avec une composante cardioprotectrice pour la prophylaxie et le traitement d'infarctus ainsi que pour le traitement de l'angine de poitrine. Ils inhibent aussi, d'une manière préventive, les processus physiopathologiques associés au développement de séquelles induites par ischémie, en particulier concernant le déclenchement d'arythmies cardiaques induites par ischémie et l'insuffisance cardiaque.
