The invention relates to a method and device for continuous dosing of bulk material allowing dosing and conveyance capacity to be improved, especially when there are substantial fluctuations in conveyor air flow. A cellular wheel sluice (4) disposed upstream from the dosing device (8) re-directs part of the bulk material to the container (2) when it moves in an upwards direction. The re-directing cells (7) of the cellular wheel sluice (4) leading towards the container (2) are preferably filled to approximately 30 % to improve tightness with respect to leaking air.

Dispositif et procédé de dosage continu de produits en vrac, permettant d'améliorer la capacité de dosage et de transport, en particulier en cas de fortes fluctuations du courant d'air de transport. A cet effet, une écluse à roue cellulaire est montée en amont du dispositif de dosage (8), ladite écluse refoulant, lors de son mouvement vers le haut, une partie de la matière en vrac dans le conteneur (2). Les cellules de refoulement (7) de l'écluse (4) remontant vers le conteneur (2) sont de préférence remplies jusqu'à 30 % environ, ce qui permet d'augmenter leur effet d'étanchéité sur l'air de fuite.
