An apparatus for performing grounds maintenance functions and dispensing a fluid includes a grounds maintenance device (11) and a fluid spraying device (12). The spraying device (12) includes a container (24) mounted on the grounds maintenance device (11) for holding the fluid, and a spraying member (16) in communication with the container (24) for spraying the fluid. The spraying member is moveable from a carrying position in which the spraying member is carried on the grounds maintenance device to a spraying position in which the spraying member is moveable independent of the grounds maintenance device.
