The present invention regards a surface controlled device designed for injection of fluids in a well bore, typically an offshore well bore for petroleum production and gas injection / gas lift system for fluid injection. The device comprises a outer hollow housing (1) with at least one inlet and outlet and an internal body (2) moveable in a longitudinal direction within the outer housing (1). An inlet, in form of a variable orifice, is connected, through a mainly longitudinal bore of the internal body, with at least one slot. The present invention will give a fluid exiting the device with a minimal amount of energy or pressure loss over the device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif commandé en surface conçu pour une injection de fluides dans un forage, de manière typique un forage en mer pour la production de pétrole, et un système d'injection de gaz/éjection de gaz pour injection d'un fluide. Le dispositif comporte un boîtier creux extérieur (1) ayant au moins une entrée et une sortie et un corps interne (2) mobile dans une direction longitudinale dans le boîtier extérieur (1). Une entrée, sous la forme d'un orifice variable, est reliée à au moins une fente par l'intermédiaire d'un alésage principalement longitudinal du corps interne. La présente invention va donner un fluide sortant du dispositif avec une quantité minimale de perte d'énergie ou de pression sur le dispositif.
