Disclosed is a method for producing a laminate wherein an ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane is arranged on a supporting base in such a manner that one side of the polymer electrolyte membrane is joined with the supporting base. In this connection, when a side of the ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane having a smaller contact angle with water is assumed as the first side and another side thereof having a larger contact angle with water is assumed as the second side, the difference of the contact angles with water between the first side and the second side is more than 30~. The method for producing a laminate is characterized by comprising a step for preparing a polymer electrolyte solution by dissolving a polymer electrolyte into a solvent, which polymer electrolyte contains an ion conductive polymer having an aromatic group in the main chain and/or a side chain and an ion-exchange group directly bonded or indirectly bonded through another atom or atomic group to the aromatic group; and another step for forming a polymer electrolyte film on a supporting base by flow-casting and applying the polymer electrolyte solution over the supporting base.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un laminé dans lequel une membrane électrolyte polymère conductrice d'ions est agencée sur une base de support d'une manière telle qu'un côté de la membrane électrolyte polymère est joint à la base de support. Dans cette connexion, lorsqu'un côté de la membrane électrolyte polymère conductrice d'ions qui a un angle de contact inférieur avec l'eau est supposé être le premier côté et un autre côté de celle-ci ayant un angle de contact plus grand avec l'eau est supposé être le second côté, la différence des angles de contact avec l'eau entre le premier côté et le second côté est de plus de 30°. Le procédé de production d'un laminé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une étape consistant à préparer une solution d'électrolyte polymère par dissolution d'un électrolyte polymère dans un solvant, lequel électrolyte polymère contient un polymère conducteur d'ions ayant un groupe aromatique dans la chaîne principale et/ou une chaîne latérale et un groupe d'échange d'ions directement lié ou indirectement lié par l'intermédiaire d'un autre atome ou groupe atomique ou groupe aromatique ; et une autre étape consistant à former un film électrolyte polymère sur une base de support par coulage continu et application de la solution d'électrolyte polymère sur la base de support.
