An oscillator voltage regulator includes a substantially constant voltage device (D1) in series with the bias network dividing resistors (R1 & R2) to reduce current flow and provide a substantially constant voltage drop, and an impedance (R3) connected between the first and second resistors of the dividing resistors (R1 & R2) and the tank circuit (T) and the base of the amplifier transistor (A) so as to reduce the loading on the tank circuit and so as to improve stability, reduce phase noise, and increase power output from the amplifier. The use of silicon PN junction (D1) and a NPN transistor (A) provides temperature compensation for hot and cold ambients to allow the oscillator to operate substantially a constant supply current (I4).
Un régulateur de tension pour oscillateur comprend un dispositif (D1) de tension sensiblement constante en série avec des résistances (R1 & R2) de division du réseau de polarisation afin de réduire le passage du courant et d'obtenir une chute de tension sensiblement constante ainsi qu'une impédance (R) connectée entre les première et seconde résistances desdites résistances de division (R1 & R2) et le circuit oscillant (T) ainsi que la base du transistor (A) d'amplificateur afin de réduire la charge sur le circuit oscillant, et de manière à améliorer la stabilité, réduire le bruit de phase et augmenter la sortie de puissance de l'amplificateur. L'utilisation d'une jonction (D1)PN en silicium et d'un transistor (A)NPN permet une compensation de température pour les milieux ambients chauds et froids, afin de permettre à l'oscillateur de fonctionner à un courant d'alimentation (14) sensiblement constant.
