La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique pour le traitement des fibres kératiniques, telles que les cheveux, comprenant: -au moins un tensioactif anionique ; -au moins un tensioactif amphotère ou zwitterionique ; -au moins un premier polymère cationique choisi parmi des polysaccharides cationiques ; -au moins un second polymère cationique choisi parmi des homo ou copolymères de dialkyldiallyl ammonium ; et -au moins une silicone non volatile non aminée ; la quantité totale de tensioactifs étant comprise dans la composition entre 4,5 et 20 % du poids total de la composition. Elle concerne aussi un procédé de traitement kératinique mettant en oeuvre cette composition.
