The invention relates to bicyclic heterocycles of general formula (I), to the tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts thereof, especially the physiologically compatible salts with inorganic or organic acids, said compounds having valuable pharmacological properties, especially an inhibiting action on the signal transduction induced by tyrosine kinases. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds for treating diseases, especially tumour diseases, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract, and to the production of said compounds.

La présente invention concerne des hétérocycles bicycliques de formule générale (I), leurs tautomères, stéréoisomères, mélanges et sels, en particulier leurs sels physiologiquement acceptables avec des acides inorganiques ou organiques, ces composés présentant des propriétés pharmacologiques intéressantes, en particulier une action inhibitrice sur la transduction de signaux induite par les tyrosine kinases. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces composés pour traiter des maladies, en particulier des maladies tumorales, ainsi que l'hypertrophie bénigne de la prostate (HBP) et des maladies pulmonaires et respiratoires.
