ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Thermoplastic molding compositions are disclosed which comprise an intimate admixture of (i) from about 5 to about 95 parts by weight of a rubber-modified compolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated cyclic anhydride, (ii) from about 30 to about 1 parts by weight of a block or graft copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene, and (iii) from 0 to about 95 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin.
