A slider for a slide fastener, comprising: a slider body including an upper wing having a cutout; a board shaped cap resiliently received in the cutout and having a claw stopper hole; a claw stopper pivo- tally mounted in the cap and projecting through the upper wing and into the claw stopper hole; and a resilient claw stopper support mounted on a back surface of the cap and resiliently contacting the claw stopper.
