The invention concerns a machine for automatically shaping components via different types of bending provided in a common plane or different planes, characterized in that it comprises in combination a first device (1) for performing a sequential shaping with standard tools by individual bending, and a second device using a tool board (7), both devices being managed by a single digital control. The method for controlling such a machine is characterized in that the digital control provides the possibility for producing a blank of a component by individual bending on the first device followed by transfer of the component on the second device for finishing the component, and/or the digital control provides the possibility of shaping one part of the component on the first device and shaping the remaining parts on the second device, and/or the digital control provides the possibility of using each machine alone, and/or the digital control provides the possibility of using both machines for producing the same component.
L' invention concerne une machine pour le façonnage automatique de pièces par différents pliages réalisés dans un même plan ou dans des plans différents, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en combinaison un premier dispositif (1) pour réaliser un façonnage séquentiel à outils standards pli par pli, et un deuxième dispositif mettant en oeuvre une plaque d'outillages (7), les deux dispositifs étant gérés par une commande numérique unique. Le procédé de pilotage d'une telle machine se caractérise en ce que la commande numérique prévoit la possibilité de réaliser une ébauche d'une pièce pli par pli sur le premier dispositif puis de transférer la pièce sur le deuxième dispositif de façon à terminer la pièce, et/ou la commande numérique prévoit la possibilité de façonner une partie de la pièce sur le premier dispositif et de façonner la ou les parties restantes sur le deuxième dispositif, et/ou la commande numérique prévoit la possibilité d'utiliser chaque machine seule, et/ou la commande numérique prévoit la possibilité de mettre en oeuvre les deux machines pour réaliser la même pièce.
