A process for making windowed form, fill and seal bags (70) involves linearly conveying an endless strip of paper-like material (12) th??ugh an adhesive application station (14) which applies adhesive to an adhesive side (18) of the endless strip of paper-like material th??ughout, with the exception of a window area (34) on each individual bag form (36a, b, c, etc.) making up the endless strip. The endless strip is then conveyed through a synchronized window-blanking station (44) which cuts a window blank (54) from each window area so as to form a window opening (50) therein. The adhesive side is then adhered to a transparent plastic heat-sealable film (58). Side edge margins (32) are slit from the endless strip of paper material to leave a composite endless form (10) for, in turn, making the flexible windowed, form, fill and seal bags (70).
Procédé de fabrication de sacs (70) à fenêtre, à former, à remplir et à sceller, qui consiste à transporter une bande sans fin de matériau (12) de type papier à travers une station (14) d'application d'adhésif qui applique de l'adhésif sur l'intégralité d'une face (18) pour adhésif de la bande sans fin de matériau, à l'exception d'une zone de fenêtre (34) sur chaque forme de sac individuelle (36a, b, c, etc.) constituant la bande sans fin. Ladite bande sans fin est ensuite transportée à travers une station (44) synchronisée de découpage de fenêtres qui découpe une pièce (54) dans chaque zone de fenêtre de manière à former une ouverture (50) dans ladite bande. La face pourvue d'adhésif est ensuite appliquée sur un film plastique transparent (58) thermosoudable. Des marges (32) latérales sur les bords de la bande sans fin de matériau de type papier sont éliminées, ce qui permet d'obtenir une forme sans fin composite (10) qui sera, à son tour, transformée en sacs (70) souples, à fenêtre, à former, à remplir et à sceller.
