ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a thermoplastic graft copolymer composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic graft copolymer obtained by graft co- polymerizing an aromatic oligomer having a flow tempera- ture of 100°C or higher onto a polymer having a glass transition temperature of 10°C or lower obtained by copolymerizing at least one acrylic acid alkyl ester, ethylene and at least one unsaturated monomer copoly- merizable with them, and 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of at least one arylamine compound. The thermoplastic graft copolymer composition has an improved thermal aging resistance.
