La composition selon l'invention peut être utilisée par voie topique ou injectable. La substance agoniste d'un récepteur associé à un canal chlore est notamment choisie dans le groupe comprenant la glycine, la sérine, la taurine, la .beta.-alanine, la N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-glycine (Z-glycine), l'acide gamma-aminobutyrique (GABA), l'isoguvacine, l'acide isonipécotique, la 4,5,6,7-tétra-hydroisoxazolo-(5,4- c)pyridin-3(2H)-one, les benzodiazépines, les stéroïdes et les barbituriques. La composition peut en outre contenir un rétinoïde et/ou un hydroxyacide.
