A nonstick transport roller (10) is provided, the roller having an outer surface (20) defined by a thickness of nonstick material (211). A rope (30) can optionally be wound around the outer surface of the roller to define an elevated support for engaging a major substrate surface. A vacuum deposition chamber for applying thin films onto substrates is also provided, the chamber having a cavity in which a controlled vacuous environment can be established, the chamber including a series of transport rollers, at least one of the transport rollers comprising a cylindrical tube having an outer surface defined by a thickness of nonstick material, optionally with a rope wound around the tube to define an elevated support for engaging a bottom major surface of a substrate .
L~invention concerne un rouleau transporteur antiadhésif (10) doté d~une surface externe (20) définie par une épaisseur de matériau antiadhésif (211). Un câble (30) peut éventuellement être enroulé autour de la surface externe du rouleau pour définir un support élevé destiné à venir en contact avec une surface principale de substrat. Une enceinte de dépôt sous vide destinée à appliquer des films minces sur les substrats est également prévue, ladite enceinte étant dotée d~une cavité dans laquelle on peut établir un environnement à vide contrôlé, ladite enceinte comprenant une série de rouleaux transporteurs dont au moins un comprend un tube cylindrique doté d~une surface externe définie par une épaisseur de matériau antiadhésif, éventuellement avec un câble enroulé autour du tube afin de définir un support élevé destiné à venir en contact avec une surface inférieure principale d~un substrat.
