The invention relates to an effective and efficient process for the preparation of azinyl acid chloride compounds of formula I, Image (I) (ring Az is defined in the specification). In this process a trichloromethylazine of formula II Az-CCI3 (II) is treated with an acid which is capable of forming an acid chloride that can be distilled off during the course of the reaction under reduced pressure in the presence of an acidic catalyst, and to the use of the compounds of formula I obtained according to this process for the preparation of (hetero)aryloxyazinylcarboxamides.

Méthode efficiente et efficace pour préparer des chlorures d'acide azinyliques de formule Image (I) (le cycle Az est défini dans la spécification). Dans ce procédé, une trichlorométhylazine de formule Az-CCI3 (II) est traitée avec un acide pouvant former un chlorure d'acide, distillable pendant le une réaction sous pression réduite en présence d'un catalyseur acide; l'invention porte aussi sur l'utilisation des composés de formule I obtenus selon ce procédé pour la préparation d'(hétéro)aryloxyazinyl-carboxamides.
