A gene delivery system is composed of a yeast hybrid delivery system vector. Two gene-expressing units form the yeast hybrid vaccine delivery system by gene type mating. One unit is engineered to constitutively express a co- stimulator and another can be engineered to express single, fusion or multiple antigens derived from disease causing pathogen. This yeast hybrid vaccine easy delivery system vector is designed to develop novel vaccines. The candidate vaccines include AIDs, cancer, Hepatitis C, Parainfluenza, malaria, autoimmunity and other infectious diseases.
L'invention concerne un système de transfert de gènes composé d'un vecteur de système de transfert hybride de levure. Deux unités d'expression génétique forment le système de transfert de vaccin hybride de levure par la conjugaison de types génétiques. Une unité est mise au point pour exprimer constitutivement un co-stimulateur et une autre peut être mise au point pour exprimer des antigènes simples, multiples ou de fusion dérivés de l'agent pathogène causant la maladie. Ce vecteur de système de transfert simple de vaccin hybride de levure est conçu pour le développement de nouveaux vaccins. Parmi des vaccins candidats figurent les vaccins contre le SIDA, le cancer, l'hépatite C, le parainfluenza, le paludisme, l'auto-immunité et d'autres maladies infectieuses.
