The present invention concerns an orthodontic appliance for accelerating the tooth aligning effect and shortening the treatment period, and has an object to provide an appliance which can bring about higher aligning effect than usual ways by giving vibration to tooth to be aligned to activate bone remodeling of the targeted tooth and the alveolar bone and enhance the shift of the tooth. This appliance includes a vibrating element and a dental mouthpiece having the vibrating element built therein. The provision of the vibrating element in the dental mouthpiece facilitates the application of vibration and handling, and continues the treatment safely even at home. The inner shape of the dental mouthpiece serves aligning treatment as well as acceleration of the effect.
L'invention concerne un dispositif orthodontique destiné à améliorer l'effet orthodontique et à réduire la période de traitement. Selon l'invention, des vibrations sont appliquées à une dent cible de correction de manière à activer le remodelage osseux de la dent cible et du procès alvéolaire, et le mouvement de la dent est favorisé de telle manière que le dispositif selon l'invention présente un effet correcteur supérieur à celui d'un dispositif classique. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte une unité vibrante (8) et une pièce buccale (7) contenant l'unité vibrante. Par montage de l'unité vibrante (8) dans la pièce buccale (7), l'application de vibrations et la manipulation sont simplifiées de telle manière que le traitement peut être réalisé à domicile de façon sûre. La forme de la face intérieure de la pièce buccale ne permet pas seulement d'améliorer l'effet du traitement, elle permet également de réaliser le traitement en lui-même.
