A sealing member is provided for use on an overhead sliding garage door having a track supported along a bottom side of the door and an elongate resilient member having sides received in the track so as to have a generally U- shaped cross section. The sealing member comprises an elongate tube sealed at respective ends thereof for maintaining the tube under pressure. The tube is suitably sized for being received within the U-shaped cross section of the resilient member of the door and for extending the full length of the door. A valve is coupled to the tube for selectively feeding or releasing air under pressure from the tube. The inflatable seal conforms to varying ground contours when supported on the bottom of an overhead sliding door for sealing the door with respect to the ground when the door is closed.
