The present invention provides a compound having a superior acid secretion inhibitory effect and showing an antiulcer activity, which is represented by the formula (I) wherein R1 is an optionally substituted cyclic group, R2 is a substituent, R3 is an optionally substituted alkyl group, an acyl group, an optionally substituted hydroxy group, an optionally substituted amino group, a halogen atom, a cyano group or a nitro group, R4 and R5 are each a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group, an acyl group, an optionally substituted hydroxy group, an optionally substituted amino group, a halogen atom, a cyano group or a nitro group, R6 and R6' are each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and n is an integer of 0 - 3, or a salt thereof.
La présente invention concerne un composé de formule (I) présentant une action de sécrétion d'acide supérieure et une activité anti-ulcéreuse, ou un sel dudit composé. Dans ladite formule, R1est un groupe cyclique éventuellement substitué; R2 est un substituant; R3 et un groupe alkyle éventuellement substitué, un groupe acyle, un groupe hydroxy éventuellement substitué, un groupe amino éventuellement substitué, un atome d'halogène, un groupe cyano ou un groupe nitro; R4 et R5 sont chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle éventuellement substitué, un groupe acyle, un groupe hydroxy éventuellement substitué, un groupe amino éventuellement substitué, un atome d'halogène, un groupe cyano ou un groupe nitro; R6 et R6' sont chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle; et n est un entier compris entre 0 et 3.
