The present invention relates to a procedure for the reliable preparation and execution of the financial settlement of a business transaction between a seller and buyer, during which on the basis of the transaction agreement concluded between the seller and the buyer a payment data file is created containing primary payment information, the payment data file is forwarded to the buyer's mediation unit either directly or with the intervention of the buyer's IT device situated at the buyer, the payment data file is checked in the buyer's mediation unit, then following the check, depending on its result a balance transformation is carried out on the data of the financial unit in accordance with the payment data file, and passing the result of the balance transformation on to the seller's financial unit the financial settlement of the business transaction is carried out characterised by that during of following the business transaction concluded between the seller (10) and the buyer (10) creates a unique transaction identifying data member (11b) for the given business transaction, and the buyer (30) is informed of this, identified payment information (50) is created by supplementing the buyer's (30) primary payment information (41) with the unique transaction identifying data member (11b) that the buyer (30) was informed of, following this the identified payment information (50) is forwarded to the seller (10) with the help of the buyer's IT device (31), through an information forwarding network (20), with the inclusion of the mediation unit (60) belonging to the buyer (30), through the mediation unit (70) belonging to the seller (10), and the financial settlement of the business transaction is initiated beside the forwarding of the identified payment information (50) or following this.
L'invention concerne une procédure fiable de préparation et d'exécution de règlement financier ou de transaction commerciale entre un vendeur et un acheteur. Au cours de ladite procédure, sur la base d'un accord de transaction conclus entre le vendeur et d'acheteur, on crée un fichier de données de paiement contenant des informations de paiement primaires, ledit fichier de données de paiement étant envoyé soit directement à une unité de médiation d'acheteur, soit à l'aide d'un dispositif IT se trouvant au niveau de l'acheteur. On vérifie le fichier de données de paiement dans l'unité de médiation de l'acheteur, puis en fonction du résultat on exécute une modification de solde de compte sur les données de l'unité financière en fonction du fichier de données de paiement, et on transmet le résultat de la modification de solde de compte à une unité financière de vendeur. Le règlement financier de la transaction commerciale effectué est caractérisé en ce que pendant la transaction financière conclue entre le vendeur (10) et l'acheteur (10) on crée un élément de données (11b) d'identification de transaction unique pour la transaction commerciale donnée, et on en informe l'acheteur (30). On crée des informations de paiement (50) identifiées par adjonction d'informations de paiement (41) primaires de l'acheteur (30) à l'aide des élément de données (11b) d'identification de transaction unique, puis les informations de paiement (50) identifiées sont envoyées au vendeur (10) à l'aide du dispositif IT (31) de l'acheteur par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau d'envoi (20) d'informations incluant l'unité de médiation (60) de l'acheteur (30) et l'unité de médiation (70) du vendeur (10), et on effectue le règlement financier de la transaction commerciale en même temps que l'envoi des informations de paiement (50) identifiées ou après celui-ci.
