An automatic tank cleaning system includes a water recycling unit having a weir therein and a conically-shaped bottom, a cutting box having a portable weir therein, a hydrocyclonic separator, and a mud tank. Tank slop is pumped from the mud tank to the water recycling unit where solids collect at the bottom. The solids are removed and collected in the cutting box. Water in the recycling unit may be pumped through the hydrocyclonic separator. Solids removed by the separator are collected in the cutting box and the water is directed into a clean water compartment defined by the weir within the recycling unit. Water in the cutting box is collected by the portable weir therein and pumped to the clean water compartment. Water from the clean water compartment is pumped to one or more rotary jet heads within the mud tank. Overflow from the water recycling unit may be directed to the cutting box. A chemical inductor may be used to add cleaning chemicals to the water prior to being directed through the wash nozzle. Turbulence preventers may be included at the inlet of each flow line to prevent turbulence from occurring in the tank to which the fluid is directed.
L'invention concerne un système automatique de nettoyage de bassin comprenant : une unité de recyclage d'eau pourvue d'un déversoir et d'un fond de forme conique ; une caisse de coupe contenant un déversoir portable ; un séparateur hydrocyclonique ; et un bassin à boue. Les produits hors spécification sont pompés dans le bassin à boue et acheminés vers l'unité de recyclage d'eau où les solides sont collectés au fond. Ces solides sont retirés et collectés dans la caisse de coupe. L'eau dans l'unité de recyclage peut être pompée à travers le séparateur hydrocyclonique. Les solides retirés par le séparateur sont collectés dans la caisse de coupe et l'eau est dirigée dans un compartiment d'eau pure défini par le déversoir à l'intérieur de l'unité de recyclage. L'eau dans la caisse de coupe est collectée par le déversoir portable et pompée vers le compartiment d'eau pure. L'eau provenant du compartiment d'eau pure est pompée vers au moins une tête d'éjection rotative à l'intérieur du bassin à boue. Le trop-plein de l'unité de recyclage d'eau peut être dirigé vers la caisse de coupe. Un inducteur chimique peut être utilisé pour ajouter à l'eau des produits chimiques de nettoyage avant que l'eau ne soit dirigée à travers la buse de nettoyage. Des dispositifs anti-remous peuvent être inclus au niveau de l'orifice d'entrée de chaque conduite d'écoulement, de sorte à empêcher les remous dans le bassin vers lequel le liquide est dirigé.
