The invention concerns novel fluorinated imidazoline benzodioxane, their preparation and their therapeutic uses. More particularly, the invention concerns compounds corresponding to the structure of general formula (1) wherein: R represents a linear alkyl or alkenyl group, branched of cyclised, comprising 1 to 7 carbon atoms, or a benzyl group, and the fluorine atom can be in position 5, 6, 7 or 8, in their racemic form or their pure enantiomeric forms, dextro-rotatory or laevo-rotatory, and their additive salts.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés benzodioxanne imidazolines fluorés, leur préparation et leurs applications en thérapeutique. L'invention vise plus particulièrement les composés correspondant à la structure de la formule générale (1) dans laquelle: R représente un groupe alcoyle ou alcényle linéaire, ramifié ou cyclisé, comprenant 1 à 7 atomes de carbone, ou un groupe benzyle, et l'atome de fluor peut occuper la position 5, 6, 7, ou 8, sous leur forme racémique et leurs formes énantiomériques pures, dextrogyres et lévogyres, ainsi que leurs sels d'addition.
