ABSTRACT COSMETIC COMPOSITION A skin cleansing composition suitable for removing make up contains an oil which is an ester, an ethoxylated nonionic emulsifier and water, together with an aerosol propellant to deliver the composition as a mousse. The emulsifier must have an average HLB of 5 to 14, an alkyl or alkaryl moiety with 9 to 15 carbon atoms, and 2 to 10 ethylene oxide units.
