The present invention relates to an insulation structure for the internal insulation of a vehicle. The insulation structure will contribute to ensuring the fire protection for interior regions of the vehicle from a (conceivable) fire incursion from outside the vehicle environment, so that evacuation of the passengers from the vehicle is made significantly easier. Intended modifications to a typical insulation package will implement an elevation of the fire protection safety for separated interior regions lying proximal to a structure external skin. The insulation structure for the internal insulation of a vehicle comprises an insulation package, which is implemented using an insulation, and a film, which is positioned inside an intermediate space that includes internal paneling and an external skin of the vehicle. The insulation package is implemented homogeneously using a first insulation, whose insulation material is bum-through safe. Otherwise, the insulation package is constructed using distinct insulation regions, which are implemented using the first insulation and a second insulation, whose insulation material is burn- through unsafe. These insulation regions are positioned along a finite series and laid next to one another up to a terminating insulation region, whose insulation material is exchanged in alternating sequence. Otherwise, the insulation package is implemented homogeneously using a second insulation, whose insulation material is burn-through unsafe (fire endangered, flammable), multiple burn-through safe barrier layers being integrated in the second insulation.
L'invention concerne une structure d'isolation pour l'isolation interne d'un véhicule. La structure d'isolation contribue à assurer la protection contre l'incendie pour les régions internes d'un véhicule dans le cas d'une pénétration de flammes d'un incursion (imaginable) depuis l'extérieur du véhicule, ce qui facilite l'évacuation des passagers du véhicule. Des modifications prévues pour un ensemble typique d'isolation permet une augmentation de la sécurité de la protection contre l'incendie pour les régions distinctes adjacentes au revêtement externe d'une structure. La structure d'isolation pour l'isolation interne d'un véhicule est un ensemble d'isolation comportant un matériau isolant et un film positionné dans un espace intermédiaire incluant le panneau interne et le revêtement externe du véhicule. L'ensemble d'isolation est homogène et comporte une première isolation, dont le matériau isolant est résistant au percement par le feu. De plus, l'ensemble isolant est fabriqué avec des régions distinctes d'isolation comportant la première isolation et une deuxième isolation, dont le matériau isolant n'est pas résistant au percement par le feu. Lesdites régions d'isolation sont positionnées en une série finie juxtaposées jusqu'à une région terminale d'isolation, dont le matériau isolant change en alternance. Alternativement, l'ensemble d'isolation présente une forme d'exécution homogène sur la base d'une deuxième isolation, dont le matériau isolant n'est pas résistant au percement par le feu (susceptible à l'incendie, inflammable), avec plusieurs couches barrières résistantes au percement par le feu intégrées dans la deuxième isolation.
