An adjustable curling aid is disclosed comprising two opposed side members for receiving a handle of a curling rock therebetween, adjustment means disposed between and connecting the side members for adjusting the distance between the side members to accommodate the girth of the handle, an end member connected and generally perpendicular to a side member for transmitting force to the handle, and engagement means pivotally connected to at least one side member for engaging with an elongate actuating means to exert force on the curling aid. As the handles of curling rocks are not of standard girth, the present invention provides physically challenged curlers with a curling aid that can engage different sized handles while maintaining fine control of direction and rotation.
