The present invention provides a new regimen of acne related diseases and particularly acne vulgaris, said regimen comprising administering to a patient in need a therapeutical effective amount of Differin gel 0.3% (adapalene) in association or combination with a combined Clindamycin/Benzoyl Peroxide Gel product such as a DUAC ® product.
