The invention relates to a stent fixture for implant for preci-sion-guided insertion by which it is possible to stably, precisely, and rapidly perform puncturing for implant placement. In this technique, the implant is in-serted into the gums and the bone through a stent. The stent fixture includes a fixing screw composed of a thread portion, a guide portion extending from the thread portion, a head portion provided at an upper end of the guide portion with diameter bigger than an outer diameter of the guide portion, and a fix- ing base composed of a support portion having predetermined supporting force with respect to the gums at the position where the fixing screw is attached to the bone and a guide coupling portion having a guide coupling hole having a shape corresponding to that of the guide portion.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de fixation de stent pour un implant en vue d'une introduction guidée avec précision grâce auquel il est possible d'effectuer de manière stable, précise et rapide une piqûre de mise en place d'un implant. Selon cette technique, l'implant est introduit dans les gencives et l'os par l'intermédiaire d'un stent. Le dispositif de fixation de stent comprend une vis de fixation composée d'une partie filetée, d'une partie de guide s'étendant à partir de la partie filetée, d'une partie de tête disposée à une extrémité supérieure de la partie de guide, avec un diamètre plus grand qu'un diamètre extérieur de la partie de guide, et une base de fixation composée d'une partie de support ayant une force de support prédéterminée par rapport aux gencives à la position à laquelle la vis de fixation est vissée dans l'os et une partie de couplage de guide comportant un trou de couplage de guide ayant une forme qui correspond à celle de la partie de guide.
