Optical systems (1-19) for endoscopes and the like are characterized by an integrated design in which the locations of the components and the aberration corrections are no longer tied to the optical functions of the objective (1-6) and the relays (7-19), and in which the relays may depart from symmetry. The power requirements can thus be shifted from one group to another, thereby reducing the overall power requirement. Moreover, the aberration correction can be shared between the optical groups of the integrated system.
Des systèmes optiques (1-19) conçus pour des instruments tels que des endoscopes, sont caractérisés par une capacité intégrée selon laquelle les emplacements des composants et les corrections d'aberration ne sont plus dépendants des fonctions optiques de l'objectif (1-6) et des relais (7-19), ces derniers pouvant éventuellement s'éloigner d'une symétrie parfaite. Il est donc possible de déplacer les besoins en puissance optique d'un groupe à l'autre, ce qui permet de limiter ces besoins en puissance. De plus, on peut partager la correction d'aberration entre les groupes optiques de ce système intégré.
