A system (10) for refueling a motorized marine vehicle without spilling fuel into the water is disclosed. A fuel tank (12) is typically located within the vehicle and includes a filling tube (14) and a vent tube (16) secured thereto. A vent hole (22) is formed in the vehicle and the vent tube (16) of the fuel tank (12) is in fluid communication with the vent hole (22). The present invention includes a tube (26) in fluid communication with the vent hole (22) of the marine vehicle for transporting any fuel (32) located within the vent tube (16) to a remote location. A vacuum source (28) is connected to the tube (16). The vacuum source (28) is adapted to draw the fuel (32) through the tube (16) and into a receptacle (30) attached to the vacuum source (28).

L'invention porte sur un système 10 de ravitaillement en carburant d'un véhicule marin motorisé évitant les déversement accidentels dans l'eau. A cet effet le réservoir de carburant normalement placé à bord du véhicule comporte un tube de remplissage (14) et un tube évent (16) lui étant fixé. Par ailleurs: un trou de ventilation (22) situé dans le véhicule communique avec le tube évent (16); un tube (26) communiquant avec le trou de ventilation (22) permet de transférer tout fluide (32) présent dans le tube évent (16) vers un emplacement éloigné; et une source sous vide (28) reliée au tube évent (16) aspire le carburant (32) par le tube évent (16) dans un réceptacle (30) fixé à la source sous vide (28).
