Method, apparatus and computer-readable media which handles a call placed by a caller to a called party, the called party being associated with a mailbox in a message taking entity. The method comprises storing a voice mail message for the called party in the mailbox and obtaining contact information associated with the caller from a memory, the contact information associated with the caller having been stored in the memory prior to the call being placed. Ultimately, the method comprises rendering available to the called party the voice mail message in the mailbox and the contact information associated with the caller.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un support lisible par ordinateur gérant un appel effectué par un abonné appelant à un abonné appelé, l'abonné appelé étant associé à une boîte aux lettres dans une entité de prise de messages. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à stocker un message de courrier vocal pour l'abonné appelé dans la boîte aux lettres, et à obtenir des informations de contact associées à l'appelant à partir d'une mémoire, ces informations de contact ayant été stockées dans la mémoire avant l'appel. Enfin, ce procédé consiste à rendre disponibles pour l'abonné appelé le message de courrier vocal contenu dans la boîte aux lettres et les informations de contact associées à l'appelant.
