The invention provides compositions, methods and systems for dynamic transcription profiling of two or more samples. The method of the invention comprises the uses of sample-specific primers for cDNA synthesis and for subsequent amplification of the synthesized cDNAs. The levels of abundance of genes are compared between samples for the identification of differently expressed genes.

L'invention porte sur des compositions, procédés et systèmes de profilage dynamique de transcription d'un ou plusieurs échantillons. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à utiliser des amorces spécifiques des échantillons en vue de la synthèse des ADNc, et de l'amplification subséquente des ADNc synthétisés. Les niveaux d'abondance des gènes sont comparés entre les échantillons en vue de l'identification de gènes exprimés différentiellement.
