The invention, and consequently the composite conductor, comprises abase alloy of CuAg, with an Ag fraction of 0.08 to 0.12%, and an alloy of CuMg, present at the edge (14) or at the core (20, 22) in the cross section of the composite conductor, with an Mg fraction of 0.1 to 0.7%. A contact wire 10 (grooved contact wire or trolley wire) is preferably proposed, containing a wire of CuMg 0.1..Ø7 in the core 20 and surrounded by a casing of CuAg 0.1. The Holton Conform cladding process is proposed as a production method, described for example in EP 0 125 788 A2.
L'invention concerne un conducteur composite constitué d'un alliage de base de CuAg dont la teneur en Ag est comprise entre 0,08 et 0,12 % et d'un alliage de CuMg prévu sur la bordure (14) ou dans l'âme (20, 22) de la section transversale du conducteur composite et dont la teneur en Mg est de 0,1 à 0,7 %. Dans le cadre de l'invention, il est prévu de préférence un fil caténaire (10) (fil pour voie ferrée ou fil pour trolley) qui contient dans son âme (20) un fil de CuMg 0,1 ... 0,7 et qui est entouré par une enveloppe en CuAg 0,1. Comme procédé de fabrication selon l'invention, il est proposé le procédé de placage de surface de Holton décrit par exemple dans le brevet EP 0 125 788 A2.
