The invention relates to an antimicrobial composition for local use on mucosal membranes and skin. The antimicrobial composition comprises a system of lysozyme and glycosylated immunoglobulins. The glycosylated immmunoglobulins have affinity towards gram negative and gram positive bacteria and viruses. Moreover, the invention concerns the method of preparation of said composition as well as use of the composition for the treatment and/or prevention of infections. The present invention further concerns and antimicrobial composition, comprising lysozyme conjugated to a monosaccharide. The method of preparation of said composition as well as use of the composition for the treatment and/or prevention of infections is also described.
L'invention concerne une composition antimicrobienne à utilisation locale sur des membranes mucosales et sur la peau. Cette composition antimicrobienne comprend un système de lysozyme et d'immunoglobulines glycosylées. Ces immunoglobulines glycosylées présentent une affinité vis-à-vis des bactéries Gram-négatif et Gram-positif et des virus. En outre, cette invention a trait à la méthode préparation de ladite composition, ainsi qu'à son utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'infections. Ladite invention a aussi pour objet une composition antimicrobienne renfermant un lysozyme conjugué à un monosaccharide et sa méthode de préparation, ainsi que son utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'infections.
