The invention relates to an apparatus for and a method of processing signals. The apparatus includes circuitry for obtaining a first set of samples of a signal at a first set of non-uniformly-spaced sampling intervals; circuitry for reconstructing the signal from the first set of samples; and circuitry for generating, from the reconstructed signal, a second set of samples of the signal at a second set of sampling intervals different from the first. The invention can be used in a number of fields of technology, e.g. radar signal processing, to make use of information contained in the signal.
