The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I), wherein: n is equal to 0, 1, 2 or 3; X1, X2, X3, X4, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5 represent a hydrogen atom or certain specific substituents; W represents a fused bicyclic group of formula (a), bound to the nitrogen atom by positions 1, 2, 3 or 4; A represents a 5 to 7-membered optionally substituted heterocycle comprising one to three heteroatoms selected among O, S or N. Said compounds are ligands of the TRPV1 vanilloid receptor useful for treating pain and inflammation.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule générale (I): dans laquelle n est égal à O, 1, 2 ou 3; X1, X2, X3, X4, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 et Z5 représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou certains substituents spécifiques; W représente un groupe bicyclique fusionné de formule: lié à l'atome d'azote par les positions 1, 2, 3 ou 4; A représente un hétérocycle éventuellement substitué de 5 à 7 chaînons comprenant de un à trois hétéroatomes choisi parmi O, S ou N. Ces composés sont des ligands du récepteur vanilloide TRPV1 utiles notamment pour le traitement de la douleur et de l'inflammation.
